I have 2 beds, new build apartment on the ground floor, which I have lived in for just over 12 months. I am renting out the newly decorated, furnished, single spare room. I am looking for a professional person, preferably clean, tidy and respectful. I live within 10 minutes walk of Bury town centre with eateries, bars, nightclubs etc. It has all the favourite retail outlets and has a bus terminal and tram station. All go directly into Manchester city centre. There are large supermarkets 10 mins drive away. There are retail parks with T K Maxx, Argos, PC World and Matalan etc. 10 mins drive away is the M66 which leads you to all surrounding motorway networks. You can be in Manchester city centre within 30 mins in the morning. Everything you need, right on your doorstep! I am quite a chilled person that likes his creature comforts.
