It comes part funished with washing machine wardrobe table etc but bowens (who are the landlords) are really helpfull and will provide anything else you need.
It''s close to the city centre and university with regular buses not a five min walk away from the apartment,there is also off road parking.
Situated within a five min walk is cannon hill park and the MAC (Midlands Art Centre) is which has a bar,small cinema and regular classes and shows (dance, yoga, theatre etc)also moseley village which is a nice friendly area with lots of pubs restaraunts supermarkets etc.
