The well equipped apartment was completely renovated in 2006.
It is double-glazed and is attractively furnished, providing a cosy, homely atmosphere.
The apartment has an open-plan Lounge /Kitchen / Dining area.

Access to Washing Machine in the downstairs Utility Room. Iron/Ironing Board, Hair-drier and Electric Fans.
SHOWER ROOM: Shower, Wash Basin, WC and Bidet. Separate WC: with Wash Basin.
BEDROOM 1: Comfortable King Size Double Bed.
BEDROOM 2: 2 x comfortable Single Beds (3ft) that can be made into a Double if preferred.
Both bedrooms lead out onto the Balcony / Sun Terrace which is suitable for sun bathing or dining al fresco.
From here you can enjoy splendid views of the woods, olive groves and mountain scenery,
catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea in the distance, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
Garden with ample parking.
